Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various industrial control systems, ensuring proper integration with hardware and field devices.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in PLC-based control systems, providing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct PLC programming and HMI configuration for automated processes in compliance with industry standards.
  • Test and validate PLC programs and control systems in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering or a related field. (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as a PLC programmer with hands-on experience in designing and programming PLC systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram (FBD).
  • Familiarity with PLC brands such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Fuji, Delta or Schneider Electric.
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and automation hardware (sensors, actuators, drives, etc.).
  • Proficient in HMI/SCADA software design and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like Modbus, Serial, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or OPC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for coordinating and assisting Sales team in achieving assigned sales targets consistently, fixed from time to time.
  • Responsible for Handling, Developing and establishing Sales operations in the industry verticals.
  • Developing and Maintaining a Sales team for regions and primarily Responsible for ensuring day to day operations of the engineers and sales activities.
  • Vendor development, Vendor Registrations with New Customers/ Companies/ EPCs/ Consultants.
  • ⁠Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Active follow ups with clients and Arrange meeting with potential customers to probe/prospect/initiate new business.
  • Understanding the customer’s requirements and pitching right solution and making rapid cost Calculation and providing customers with quotation.
  • Negotiating the terms of agreement and assisting sales team in closing Sales deals.
  • Active searches for tenders in tender sites and prepare and submit tender documents in time.
  • Ensuring coordination with Works/ Factory for timely delivery of the products to the customer.
  • Follow up and collection of due payments. Acting as a contact between a company and customer.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis.
  • Data Collection on Competitor’s Products. Feedback to designers on New Product Development and improvements in supplied equipment’s.

Requirements : 

  • Work experience in related domain (0-2 years).
  • Completion of Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
