Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating and assisting Sales team in achieving assigned sales targets consistently, fixed from time to time.
- Responsible for Handling, Developing and establishing Sales operations in the industry verticals.
- Developing and Maintaining a Sales team for regions and primarily Responsible for ensuring day to day operations of the engineers and sales activities.
- Vendor development, Vendor Registrations with New Customers/ Companies/ EPCs/ Consultants.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Active follow ups with clients and Arrange meeting with potential customers to probe/prospect/initiate new business.
- Understanding the customer’s requirements and pitching right solution and making rapid cost Calculation and providing customers with quotation.
- Negotiating the terms of agreement and assisting sales team in closing Sales deals.
- Active searches for tenders in tender sites and prepare and submit tender documents in time.
- Ensuring coordination with Works/ Factory for timely delivery of the products to the customer.
- Follow up and collection of due payments. Acting as a contact between a company and customer.
- Customer Feedback Analysis.
- Data Collection on Competitor’s Products. Feedback to designers on New Product Development and improvements in supplied equipment’s.
Requirements :
- Work experience in related domain (0-2 years).
- Completion of Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
